Picked up a pair, now I'm wondering what species.

Our invoice said Gold Datnoid. What species are sold under that term? I searched the net, and there is honestly a ton of bad info about dats out there. I'll need an answer from the experts.

I'll have pics up shortly, although the fish are stressed and discolored.

Based on my observations in the LFS around this area - most of the Golden Dats sold appear to be Thin Bars. However, that is just what I've seen around here. Please feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

I think they might be thinbars, but I will reserve judgement until I can get pics up. They look like possible thinbars.

They are probably NTT's.

If it was labeled gold tiger sumatra its indos. But on the majority of fish lists if it says gold tiger its a NTT

I've seen the same thing with my lfs...they always come in NTTs.

Looks like it has a couple of spots on the tail. Silver perhaps?
