picked up new motoro for 300g. parasite treatment?

i bought an 8" motoro and is being delivered today. i have a 30gal quarentine tank but i think it will we too small for him. i planned on doing a preventive treatment of jungle parasite clear on both of my tanks.

would it be ok to add him to my main tank and treat? then watch him closely for a few weeks. im pretty sure that medication is safe for rays.

what route would u go?

look for a product called prazi, and read the directions..

i have prazi also. it is the same ingredient used in jungle parasite clear but the jungle product has 2 other parasite meds in it.

prazi uses Ingredients: Oxybispropanol (as an inert solubilizing agent) and < 5% praziquantel by weight.

jungle parasite clear Contains praziquantel, metronidazole, and acriflavine

i decided to add her to my empty 125g tank. i did a drip for 1/2 hour then netted her in. while she was in the 30gal drip tank i have i threw in some blackworms to see if she would eat. good news, she ate quite a bit in the 1/2 hour.

i added 5 tsp to of prazi to the tank, which is treatment for 100 gal. i planned on doing just 1 treatment and watching stool to see if it looks good.

1 thing i learned that i didnt know is prazi kills blackworms and thats what i planned on feeding. what do i do now?

turned out to be a baby. she is only 8-9" from nose to tip of tail. maybe a 4-5" disk. but looks healthy, not too skinny. color is a little bland but that could be shipping stress.
