Picked up some new ven's!

I went and picked up a pair of venezuelan's from the lfs today. These are the same one's I posted an ID thread for last weekend. I only got two of them. I figure I got a 50-50 shot of getting a male, and there's the possibility that they could be male-female and become a pair, which would be neat. I went ahead and put them in the 55g with the anthurus pair and lepidota male. We'll see how they get along in there. I'm gonna have to move out some of the other fish to the 125g soon though, its starting to get crowded!

No it won't!!! I went to Jacks house this weekend, and he has four mature venz, and they are definitely a sight to behold. Definitely beefcakes! Hahaha

If you grow them up with your anthurus and lepos. there is definitely a greater chance of them working out later. Still would've gotten three though . . .

I would love to have 3 mature vens in the same tank, along with an anthurus pair and trio of lepidota. That would be a sweet *** tank!
