I'm getting back into it now. I picked up a 75g w/ stand, 38g w/ stand and a 125g w/ glass tops. I found the 125g for $125. I did have to rent a van to get everything, but was able to do it only in one trip to the tune of almost 300 miles across two states.
I have a couple of things to take care of before these are up and running. The biggest being painting some rooms and building stands for the 125g and my existing 55g.
I'm not really sure of stocking yet. I know the 125g will be SA/CA Cichlids. Probably an Oscar, Gold Severum, GT & JD. I would like a Jag, but am thinking it would be too big for the current stock list I've picked out. I am also thinking of a Bichir and maybe some Clown loaches. The 55g or 75g might be a growout tank for the 125g. Whichever one I don't use for that will probably be an African Cichlid tank. The 38g has really thin glass and is really tall. I'm hesitant to fill it w/ water. I might disassemble it and use the glass to build a sump. Regardless, I a psyched to have all these tanks.
Later,
Steve.
