This thing is sky blue in person is that normal? My light is a cheap 1 ft petsmart fixture n it not blue spectrum.

Wowwwww he's cool! If you want to try different lighting, you could pick up the bulbs that are used for growing freshwater plants -- it has a peak in the red spectrum, will help warm up his colors. Those yellow markings (his tail ocell, and spangles) are really chunky!
