Picked up three new toys yesterday

One of my other hobbies is knife collecting-I managed to pick these two up yester day...My third toy was a new AR-15..But dont have pics right now due to daughter being home(age 5)....

Very nice, Is the second one an acid etched pattern on the blade? didn't quite look like pattern welding but prepared to be wrong!

Not etched by n e means...They are hand done damascus.Everything one see's is real...

Sorry, took a closer look at the blade and saw the stamp. I don't even want to think about the headaches involved with pattern welding stainless by hand ! Do you know the alloys? No matter how you cut it (no pun intended) hand work =big $$, mind if I ask how much?

I have seen them links before.....They can do everything from takeing a pic of say your wife or girlfriend and placeing their picture into the damscus now a days....Pretty neat stuff to watch....

The top knife would run one about $1500
the bottom knife brings in another $1300
I can post more specs on them later today....Gotta run in a few minutes....As far as alloys goes....The maker keeps that info to themselves....
