Picked up two blue silvers today!

I spotted these at an LFS last week and decided to stop by again today to pick them up.

These pics were taking right after they entered the tank:

Their blue still isn't as vibrant as my EBJD's but they look good on their own.

My cellphone picked up the colors better:

It depends on the jack dempseys. Before, I kept my 8" EBJD with a big black angelfish, and a marble angelfish, and they did fine together.

Each fish is unique so I just have to see if the combo is gonna work out or not.

That's what I figured. You are lucky that you can try these things out (I am assuming you have multiple tanks). I think together these fish would look amazing since both are bluish. Someone who does not know fish well enough might mistake these for salt water set up

My family came over the other day for a visit and they asked if it was fresh or saltwater lol

I only have this tank, but I'm getting a 40g tomorrow and setting it up right away.

I also have dividers in case I needed to separate the dempseys, but luckily, they don't mind the angels.... so far.
