Picking up 'Wild Caught' from Peru...Need general stats.

I was hoping somebody might know a bit about the waters of Peru and common areas where Oscars might be collected. I'd like to match his home temperature and pH to ease the transition. The pet store doesn't know where these guys were collected from.

Theyre from all over theyre even used as food, mostly slow moving rivers or lakes for an oscar a 6.5-7.0 Ph should be fine and a temp of about 76 is ideal
