Picky breidohri

[Addicted to Cichlids]

Posted this in the wrong spot before.

So i snagged a pair of tiny one incher breidohri the female is eating hikari super red pellets like a champ, The male is a lot more finicky, i want to get him eating before it becomes a problem.

He eats a pellet or two, and i got him to go after some frozen boodworms, tried a Hikari alagae wafer dont think he toutched it. Its only been two days and it was a 3 hour trip for him so it could be moving stress but like i said the female was fine, any thoughts?

If you want to get him eating, whatever you do don't feed frozen BW.
Try some pellets smaller in size....

or maybe some crumbled up freeze dried krill. and give em a day or two to start eating. keep an eye out for symptoms of Hex.

Give it a few days, have some patience... Also may want to try some Romaine or leaf lettuce, they will eventually nibble on it...
