Ive got three very picky Polys... Do you guys think i need to try and break them to eat a more varied diet or let them be since they all seem healthy

7" albino sen- only eats krill and sinking carnivore pellets(and ghost shrimp when i buy them, not often)

2x 3" sens- only eat krill, blood worms and top fin floating small cichlid pellets

heres the list of regularly offered foods

Ocean Nutrition Formula 2 flake
Ocean Nutrition brineshrimp flake
hikari Cichild gold medium pellets
top fin small cichlid pellets
Hikari Algea wafers
S.F. bay brand Freeze dried krill
S.f Bay brand frozen blood worms

Ocasianll foods
Ghost shrimp
quarantined rosy reds
Spinach
Zucchini

Should i make any changes or should this all work

Alot of them are not keen on veggies or algae. Not many eat flake either. If all one wants to eat is the carniore pellets you are set. It is a perfectly balanced diet for them.

Not sure if Rosies are the best feeders for them. There is something in them that's not very good for other fish to eat. It is called thiaminese.

which will cause your fish to get a Vit B defficency. Don't feed gold fish or rosies. They are very high in thiaminese.

The rosy are very rarely feed anymore. Ive got 2 hujets who didnt want to switch to krill. But they switched and its been a while since ive feed them.

also the flake and spinach is for the redtail sharks, and the zucchini is for the pleco
