Picky silver

I bought a 8-9 inch silver aro last saturday and he wont eat anything..I tried blood worms, brine, krill,dried shrimp, and yesterday i thought for sure hed eat a goldfish so i tried that and nada..i was just wondering what you guys think i should try next?

Mealworms, and if that actually doesnt work, crickets. Crickets are NEVER resisted, if it doesnt take crickets, you've got a major problem on your hands.

HIKARI Sticks works on any carnivorous fish IMO. It even has the arowanas face in the packet haha

Well first, it is still new, it may take some time to get comfy enough to eat. I wouldn't feed anything but pellets/food sticks, once it is eating those you can expand to other foods.

I read somewhere it takes a longer time for bigger aros to get use to their tank. Maybe its still stressing and not used to the tank yet. Don't worry, they can go weeks without eatting.

If its new to the tank, let it get used to it's surroundings. and x2 on crickets

Personally I would avoid the crickets. Otherwise you'll be posting that all your aro will eat is crickets and wanting to know how to get it to eat other foods. If it is healthy it will eventually eat the pellets/food sticks.
