A quick question, how often should I dust the crickets with them calcium powders? I don't really want to over do it.

BTW these two videos were of the same frog, taken about a minute apart. This is the bigger one of the two I got. They both have totally different behaviors, the smaller one likes to bury itself in soil while this one likes chilling out in water.

I have an Argentine Horned frog myself - Never get tired of these guys!
 
Very cool ! I am thinking about getting another frog, hmm I just have to narrow it down ! Nice video! I need to represent with some Budgett's frog stuff!
 
just got my african bull a few days ago and ive got to say it way cooler than my pacman..how ever i have a question
when i got my pyxie it came with a care sheet,and it says to keep a lid on the contaner to keep it humid, i have done this but it makes his contaner stink. im thinking of leaveing the lid off and just misting him frequently .what do you guys think????

Hows your setup like? What type of subrate do you use? Do you use waterdish? Do you clean the container before hand?


I keep lids on mines at all times. As for beddings I use the eco earth (coconut fiber beddings) and have not encounter any odor problem yet. As for the waterdish, I change it everyday as it's the only place that they like to releive themself in.

yea thanks for geting back to me. hes set up is fine and i change the warter every day i also have a pacman that will only releive its self in its warter bowl so i am already in a good routine of dayly changes.For bedding i use sphagnum moss
