just watched a documentary i got called deep blue. it ended on "so far, we have explored only a tiny fraction of the deep. home to the largest creature that has ever existed. There were once 300,000 blue whales in our oceans. Now, just 1% of these glorious creatures remain. and yet we continue to plunder this secret world". puts a real downer on things.
