Ya know the way you stated it, someone's going to be very tempted to post something, other than jewel 'fish'? Unless we have extremely clean-minded ppl on today. Oh well,

Here are the pics of two of my males, sorry this is all I have at work. Right now my male and female are in breeding colors so the male is as red as an apple. My breeding male is currently 3.5-4in. Yesterday when I got home and checked on the tank I noticed that my male and female were hanging out on the bottom in front of their cave. There was something strange moving in the water....yep, you guessed it my first batch of fry. All the other fish in the tank were huddled together on the opposite side of the tank to avoid the wrath of these two. I have seen fish defend their offspring but these guys take the cake!! I took pics with my good camera and will upload them soon. I have been feeding them crushed pellets/flakes/bloodworms mixture. Any tips are welcomed and appreciated. :D

Thanks,
Jeremy

Thanks...I really like jewel cichlids and now that they are breeding I think I need to get a tank dedicated to just them!!

The two that had fry run the tank right now. This isn't anything out of the ordinary though.
