This is a late shot-

My ones before didn't turn out to well-

I was literally 5 feet away from him walking backwards to get to my car...I kinda walked up on it-Scared me ****less-Honestly...
 
Nice bull. I think somebody in Soldotna actually managed a short ride a few years back. They are very tasty. They can also be vey mean. I had to get 6 feet from a cow to get my dog in the house last winter.

Many people dont understand how domesticated Moose have gotten up here...
Like the moose that walked stright up and in the ER room last year...

Let alone,How many die each year on the highway inbetween us.....
 
2 years ago I hit a 1 or 2 year old cow with my Jeep, that caused some serious butt suction. I forgot about the ER incident.

Great pics..i wonder if the moose in the adirondacks ny look like this? They are beautiful.. and great pictures..did you grow up in Alaska?
