the tank is 112gal 48x18x30.this is my first attempt with a planted tank.so far it is doing good.also my first attempt with discus.let me now what everyine thinks.

all of the lg plants where bought lg.all i use in the tank for the plants is flourish comprehensive and flourish excel. and do water changes every few weeks
 
Job well done. did you have any problems with loosing some leaves off the plants loosing entire plants? I ask b/c im thinking of doing a 55 planted
 
lighting is 4x65w pc 10k and 6500k.the only plants that i have lost are some onion plants that i had.i do get some die off of leaves.

Many of the plants in your tanks are plants that are grown emersed, and when submersed will loose their leaves. Don't worry the plants will come back, just give it time. You should look into root tabs for ferts instead of flourish. Echinodorus (swords) are root feeders, and will take the majority of their nutrients from the substrate, and not the water column.
