its still a work in progress its my first tank and I had a bag of sand so I threw it in with the rock on the opposite side. If you can see this that is. couple pics of my male and female con inside the skull I think they may be getting ready to mate finally? they keep going in there together and then they take turn going in and out?? The temp in my tan kjumped to 83.5 degrees it got really how in my room, and one of the cons always stays by the skull if one leaves. any of you think they spawned? in the first couple pics of the gravel you can see my peacock eels head thats why I took the pics.

I don't want to be 'that guy' but some of the fish you have in the tank are going to become very aggressive as they mature. The Jack Dempsey will become very territorial and start attacking your other fish, and once the convicts start breeding, they will also become very territorial. Just a warning, you might want to have a spare tank on hand (like 20g or so) to separate any injured/overly aggressive fish.

Anyway, besides the aggression issues. Very nice set up, I hope it works out for the best.

ive had them together for a few months now. the dempseys are pussies the only time they get really whatever with eachother ive noticed is when they have the munchies so I throw some pellets in there and they're all good after. the only one Im having a prob with is the pink male con hes a dick.. if the cons do you breed Ill suck the fry up and put them in my net breederand transfer them to my 3 gallon deco i have
