he's about 3", I thought the same thing as he's gotten bigger. was sold to me as an ebjd. I had a regular jd and the coloring was very different on him than on these little guys.

I definitely see the difference. I had the feeling my was a regular. Good thing I didn't pay the EBJD price for mine. Even though it was labeled as one. I love em either way. They have so much character.

It's a normal JD, but a damn good looking one. I almost prefer the really dark JD's with a lot of blue spangling to the EBJD. Nice fish!
