just added some more java moss, today. My saggitarus and pennywort are growing in pretty nicely. I also have a java fern and a small anubias in there. Hope you enjoy my photos!

Looks good, is that algae in the sand?
 
I risk site-wide condemnation by telling you this, but the tank has a footprint of 24" by 8.5" and holds about 8 gallons of water. As soon as I get me a good sized tank I will move my senegal to that, and I'll use this tank to breed shrimp and guppies/feeders.

Yes that is some algae on the sand. Is this something I should be worried about? My mts usually get around to clearing up most of it. I'm also hoping that the extra java moss will help out-compete algaes, as well as helping out with biological filtration. Also, I have it on a 12 hour light cycle right now... I suppose it might be better to reduce the lighting period?
 
That's a real nice tank. Even though I have a bigger footprint on my foot.:ROFL: no really, cool tank.
