Wow...lots of pics, and that GT  ...but i'm not a fan of the small white gravel.

They look like a lovely bunch! I look forward to seeing them grow! They only advice I would give at the moment is to watch out for aggression issues from the Carpintis, GT and Cuban (but, you should be ok for now considering their size)

Some advice:
1. White pool filter sand (it is not too late to switch, you won't regret it)
2. Background
3. Decorations look plastic (if I am wrong, I apologize!). Try some real driftwood from your LFS

Looks amazing though!!

Nice...I'd suggest a background though;)

All of these are good suggestions for different reasons.

1. white gravel (or any not dark(ish) colored substrate will tend to "wash some color off the fish"

Ex: black gravel with Jags tends to add blue and other hues to their fins where as white rock you can barley see their spots in some cases.

2. Background if darker color will act as a dark substrate in some manners allowing you to use lighter colored sand/rock

although the background may be black white rock will still tend to Wash color.

Tan sand and black BG work great.

In regards to other back grounds they just look great even more so backgrounds in 3d, and make the fish more at home.

3. Driftwood helps with ph (most store-bought driftwood anyways) and looks great but has a natural feel that the fish believe it or not really feel the difference

Plus It just looks AWESOME!!!

Anyways the tank looks great keep it up

A nice variety of fish along with a nice set up.
