Here's a few pictures of Squirt. My fiance bought him/her at a petstore in florida as a baby (hes now almost 2 years old and about triple the size) and was told that it was a painted slider. But from what I've found there is no such thing, so what kind of turtle is he?

He's actually a lot of fun to watch, especially when he's chasing his feeders

Also, what kind of treats, if any, could we give him aside from the usual turtle food and feeders?

i like them,Im just amazed at how many ppl love them and how often they come up here,lol.Just because I dont own them or want one dosnt mean I dont like them.I love land turtles and tortoises.I just think their is a water turtle mafia forming and your in charge.

Hey this is Monsterfishkeepers so keeping WATER turtles is part of the territory. And if anyone is the Mafia leader it would have to be Miguel. I wish I had half the turtle species he's got.
