tank i had first thought to be 5oo gallons turns out to be like 300.....but i was scared to buy it because it was a dark acrylic and i did not think i would be ablt to see the fish ........after a day of contemplating and wanting more water ,,,and after i checked the likgh situation ..i brought it for 240$....it was for a alligator so i had to convert for fish went this mourning and got some acrylic and wield # 16 ... to put in a 1/2 inch hole about half way up in the back where he had the filter ,,only keep tank half full but so far so good ,,,,,,it came with like 2 4 foot shop light but think ill need 2 more lights of some kind that are strong to help light through the acrylic ,,,,going to try and show u some pics now ,,,,,its out side cus im going to build a cabinet and,,,,,a canopy in the next 2 weeks so i caan get my huys in there asnd get me some more monstres..any diy..filtration advise and strong lighting needed pls. tank 6ft 3L 3ft 6 W 2ft D

filled this mourning after filling 1/2 inch hole and holding fine .....noew time to get started with stand and canopy..also wondering were to place over flow on this tank due to size and advice for best tank circulatuion?

I would saw out the face and add a new one ckear if possible...
 
Tank looks pretty good. What are the dimensions?? Really hard to follow your posts, too many grammer and spelling errors. It looks to be a 72"x36"x24" if that is so, than it is actually about 270 gallons.
 
I'm curious to see the finished product too:)
