iv only had them about 6 months so im hoping theyl get near 20cm which is full size!!! hopefully!

Nice...Im going to assume no, but do you have any salt in that water?

I think its recommended for those species, but I have always thought they would be awesome in a planted tank.

This is why I dont have the same setup you do currently.

no i dont have any salt i havent heard of them needing it and from what i read about them theyr very hardy and take to most types of water. they prefere plenty of plants and cover so they can stalk there food hanging like a leaf upside down slowly getting closer then sucking the food in with thre huge vacuum like mouths very cool to watch!!
