Unless you have something put in place to stop the syphon this would be a instant disaster.
I don't know about that. once the pump stops a syphon will start from all openings in that line. Just because air will reach the top part (spray bar) doesn't mean it will go down and break the syphon on the bottom jets. The only way it would work is if the line started at the top of the tank and then went down and along the back and then up to the spray bar.
