I think the plant is guppy grass-Najas guadalupensis.

Honestly the leaves look too long for guadalupensis to me. My first thought was that it looks like the narrow-leaf hygrophila specie that I have.

You could be right now that I look closer. But, most hygros I know of get a red/pink color to their leaves. Of course, it would stay green in a low light tank.
