Picture Maker?

I don’t know the correct term or title, but are there any 'picture makers' around?
Such as good photoshop users?

I need a tiny tiny and very easy favour. Much appreciation and thanks would go to anyone who could spare literally 2 minutes to conger up something small and fish and MFK related.
