Very nice Frank.
So the ray in the picture is a female of 30cm disc, how large are the males and are the claspers fully developed? also have these rays grown much during the 6 months youv'e had them.
The disc damage was quite extensive from what i remember, your right its healed very well,is this damage inflicted by the rays themselves through aggression or from some other species of fish when they swam in the rivers of Surinam?
Sorry for all the questions

:naughty:My Dutch isn't great i know but thought if we are talking the language..will give it a go!:grinno:

They all developed very well the male claspers are ready. They really didn't grow that much only became a lot fatter specially the females are really fat ;-) . It took fairly long to get them in chape also the agresivness is gone.
They came in with a lot of paracites but now they are doing great.
