Pictures from Bass Pro in Springfield Missouri

I've been lurking here forever. I love the DIY area and can't wait till I can convince my wife that we need a big one in our home(hey, I've gone from 1x10g to 3x30g in a year).

I noticed that, while there are pictures of the biggest Bass Pro (springfield, Mo) scattered around, there aren't any cohesive threads (unless I missed it). So, here are some pictures I took today of the tanks at bass pro.

Top notch displays here.....puts our local aquarium to shame.Got any idea how big that gar might be?

They have several massive gar. I wish they had info on each fish out in front of the aquariums. I'd say that the biggest you can see in the pictures there is easily 5 foot long. I'll bet that they have larger ones than that.

I'd love to see a gar that big....I think there is a Bass Pro Shop in this state and I might have to take a drive one day if it not too far.

The one in here in springfield is the largest bass pro. It has more aquariums and bigger fish than any of the others. The place is massive.

If you're ever near Des Moines Iowa, the 30,000 gallons display at the Bass Pro there is worth a drive... I believe the feeding time is on Tuesdays and Thursdays at like 2 pmish

real nice display! Love the gator gar. Do they also have pikes or muskies in the display?
