Here a few photos of my BP. When he is all stretched out he measures about 36" in length.

I agree I'd put at least enough substrate in to cover all the glass........Nice BP for a normal though.......my male is 30" and my female is 20".......

Ok, here's the deal. I removed everything from his enclosure so he could eat his supper without things getting in his way. I thought it was the perfect time to snap a few photos. He does have branches, leaves, and 2 hides in the enclosure when it's not feeding time. It's amazing how he knows its time to eat when I take everything out of his tank.
The only substrate I use is newspaper for him. It was pushed over in the picture.

Here is another picture of what his enclosure looks like normally with the exception I am using newspaper instead of paper towels now and there is one more hide in the tank for him now.

Then your fine lol........we weren't trying to flame you we just didn't know it was eating........great looking ball and enclosure......I use paper towels or repti-carpet in my tanks too.........

Nice looks like hes grown. Would it not be easier to simply take him out the tank to feed?

My mate just came home to an empty cage- ball python decided to take a wander. Hes frantically searching the room as i type lol.

I know you guys weren't trying to flame me. I should have been more specific on when the pictures were taken.
I have tried to take him out of his enclosure to feed and he got too stressed and wouldn't eat. There's not too much to take out of the tank anyway.
Thanks for the compliments. Yeah, he has grown a bit.
