Pictures of my Project!!

I finished up my intership at Chelonia Research Institue and decided to stay and volunteer. A few months back I was put in charge of a project involving a 450gal. fish tank Of course I wanted to use it for fish, but that wont happen. It will be home to Sideneck's that are being donated from an out of state Zoo. The tank was given to us for free by someone who wanted to get rid of it. It had a large crack down the back and on the corner, which I repaired. One employee and some volunteers build a stand for this monster tank and now my boyfriend and I are building the sump for this beast. I know the sump looks small, but this tank will not be filled up really high. Anyways I thought I would share some pictures of the tank and some of the inhabitants at the Institute.

o, and for the spelling, just use zero for "o"s. for example, tortoise p0rn

The brick piece in the woods was an old chimney, there used to be a very old house that was torn down, but that was left. There is 10 acres of woods and a trail that goes around the area. =] The big piece of grass I took a pictures of is actually land that slopes down and forms what looks like a pond without water. There are plans to make it a water area for crocadilians, but we are hoping the snapping turtles will eventually go in there instead.
