Picked up these two yesterday and didn't realize the female's left eye was bad till I was taking picture of her earlier.


Female Moon crab *not sure if it's going to molt or what but this is my first time seeing this color.

Wow, I want some now. I don't know enough about them though. Call the one with the bad eye Winky, lol. That's okay, they adapt.

Great looking crabs... but just curious, what sort of care do the moon crabs need?

I have them in a 20 long with couple inches of coco fiber along with two shallow water dishes, one fresh and the other saltwater. For decorations I just use couple of medium size corkbarks for them to hide under. As for feeding they'll eating pretty much everything.
