My Green Terror only eats some of his food and lets the rest pile up, leaving me to scoop it out every day or so. I've tried lighter feedings, but he stubbornly spits some back out anyway. My idea is to add a Pictus catfish to a) Encourage feeding aggression and b) Keep the tank clean. Since they have similar diets, feeding the two won't be a problem, nor will housing, as it's an 80g tank. But does anyone have experience with keeping one Pictus alone? I know they prefer to be in groups, but will one suffer if not with conspecifics? I'd look for a larger specimen since they are less gregarious by that size. I'm looking for confirmation that one Pictus can be content alone. Anyone kept just one?

its will probably be stressed and wont be very active.. but probably will be ok
