Yesterday I bought 3 small pictus cats and 3 indo dats
all of them seemed fine until a few hours ago when the pictus started to act like they were struggling for air or something
the water quality is great and lots of circulation, the dats are completely fine and stable but within the hour one of the cats has gone down hill a lot and another doesn't look good and one might be dead
what do I do?
they went downhill fast and nothing changed
do these guys take air from the surface and ride the out take flow because thats what they were doing yesterday and they have continued to become more inactive
my previous experiences have taught me these things are bullet proof, I had on get a 2 inch gash on it and it healed and he was fine along with taking a noobs mistakes of not cycling a tank

EDIT*** two of them just died and I took them out, they smelled BAD and had only been dead no longer than a few minutes

the remaining cat seems to be ok except for labored breathing but is more active and not dead lol
Ill trade the others in to get more dats

they might have parasites. i had the same thing happen with some bull shark catfish. sorry for your loss:(
