type Pimelodus pictus, just a diff type of the normal pictus (Peruvian type Pimelodus pictus ) but with a silver body but still with the spotted fins, as they get bigger they get small spots where as the Peruvian type has big spots from a small sizealso the Colombian is a lighter fish

these do get a good size, iv had them pushing 8 - 9 inches (never seem to stay long with me) but they say this cat can get a foot
as 4 feeding mine take and have from day 1, about 2inches.
bloodworm, squid, prawns, cat fish pellets, cic pellets from the messy eaters, they love dry discus food also flake, I dont think there is a food iv put into my tank they refuse.
