Pictus swimming in top corner?

I came home tonight to find my baby Pictus just hanging out at the top of my tank in the corner, he's swimming upwards direction but staying in the corner, any idea why? I did a 25% water change tester day, water parameters are perfect, is he sick? Or does he just like to hang out in corners >:/

Pictus can get a little erratic after water changes. Now if he was acting that way prior to the water change then he is probably just pacing.

It's still in the top corner, can't figure out what's going on. I'm worried about it not eating.
