Hey peeps, I just took these photos right now with a cruddy digi cam. Enjoy.:screwy:

1100 gallon pond thingy I just finished setting up, it's gonna be housing my monster pred New World cichlids (those soon to come). I live in California so I will be building a green house-type structure over this to help keep the temp up in the high 60's at least. Also will be running a small room heater at night. The ghetto pond is temporary.:

And here is what's behind it, my dad's pigeons (about 12 of them in there not including the babies):

wtf? pigeons?!? I raised one pigeon I found dying on the ground outside my house. I nursed it back to health, gave it shelter, food, helped strengthen it's little wings, and right before I let it go, it stopped, turned it's head, looked at me straight in the eye as if to thank me for the love I had shown it...and then pecked the **** out of my finger. I still have the scar

haha nice.

Is that inflatable? Might want to be careful with it
Yeah it is, lol, but it was my little bro's swimming pool and wouldn't cost me anything so I decided to use it at my own risk. It's working well so far.:headbang2 Just hope our little yorkie can keep the cats from jumping up there to go fishing.:nilly:

Eh, my dad likes to eat them, lol. There are the original 2 pairs still there, probably around 4 years old now. We used to have 30 in there, but he just recently cut that down. They're pretty good off of a grill. :D

Lol, pigeons aren't as bad as chickens though, lol. I remember my uncle's fighting roosters, I went to pour corn into one of the trays, turned around to walk out of the pen and the damn thing jump kicked me and knocked me over (I was only around 5 years old at the time, lol).
