pike cichlid egg advice?

so my pike cichlids have laid eggs last night. first time breeding these fish any advice? water temp ect.?

i would move them into a seperate tank for hatching with an air stone for current....raise lots of baby brine and start feeding when they start swiming...keep temp high 70s.....do lots of water changes and feed them alot for quick growth

just leave them how they are. babies will find their own food. just take them out when they get noticable because im not sure if the parents will eat them.

there hatching right as im typing. can i train them to eat flake and pellets now even though the parents wont?
