pike cichlid has this abcess

I noticed a weird abscess and swelling eye on my pike a few days back and since then, I've quarantined him and started treating with furan 2.

Today I am going to retreat with furan 2 and kanaplex.

It looks like a bacterial disease but I can't tell for certain. Is this aeromas or vibrio?

Can anyone tell me what this is?

Anyone? Those white tips protruding from some of the wounds above the abscess have me concerned that they may be parasites?
