Caudal fin spot, color of caudal fin, general body shape and tan color all point towards the strigata complex of lugubris pikes.
Yours is definetly no strigata, marmorata, etc and Venezuela are the most common by far. They're a really nice fish I had one last year was pretty cool. One of the most mellow pikes I had (although I've had nasty vennies it just depends on their personality) had him with a indo pacific tarpon, archer fish, a couple bichirs and more was a nice looking tank. They eventually can get to around 2 feet but I've personally never seen one close to that size however MTN pike claimed to have one that big. Said its caudal fin alone was over 6 inches!!!
