PIKE Cichlids?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I do and I can. (Sometimes with a little Peanut Power:D) What's it to you? ;)

Did you mean to say, "Can you tell me which ones you have?" Because I can certainly tell which ones I have. I know exactly what they are.

(This would be better off in the crenicichla section.)

They get in pikes from time to time...yes. Pedro isn't around as much it seems though, and its hard to tell what he has in stock any more. Some of those pike pictures from his website are over two years old...haha.

wow i would expect them to have some newer pics on their website

Oh, I see. Yeah, unfortunately P_P hasn't been able to render his services on a national level to identify pikes at all the LFS's. LOL.

I've seen that quite a bit, in fact all four of the pikes I purchased were labeled as "pike cichlid". $25 for a 4-5" pike of any kind is a decent buy. Maybe you could get a pic of it before you buy it, post it here and get an ID to see if it's something you can handle (max. size, feeding requirements, etc.)
