If you were fishing for northerns in 3-4ft deep water below a dam would your lure choice be a buzzbait, mimick minnow, or jointed floating rapala???

i'd throw a big feeder fish with a hook through his back ...
then again i dont know much about fishing, but after watching my pickerel, live fish seem to work pretty good
