Pike i.d., lets try this again

I posted this fish some time ago asking for an i.d. and sexing but it's doubled in size and I figured things might be easier now. It used to have a bit of a spot on the dorsal leading me to believe it was female, but recently its colors have really blossomed and the spot is all but gone.
The fish is pushing 5" now. Any ideas on species and gender?

Don’t know a great deal about pikecichlids nut would suggest this is a male “belly crawler” ie c. Sp. “belly crawler”

Their color change quite a bit with age and mood.
