Pike identity

hey everyone, got couple pics of a pike that i just aquired, and was wondering if someone could help me with what type it is

Looks like a Saxatilus type - a nice plump pink-bellied female! Really like the yellow coloration ~ what size is she?

she, if that is what it is, is about 7 inches lg

ive just aquired a 150 tall, and ive got a nw secies of fish for it, are pikes an easilly obtainable fish?????

Looks a lot like a female Crenicichla anthurus....ask Scat to post pictures of his female, they may be the same fish. Saxatilis pikes are bugger to ID, so its not always easy to get an ID unless you know where they are from or if they are a distinct species... Great looking pike though! I'd get more if you could!
