Lenticulata Pike

can u give me some info on these my friend has one he bought from aquascape and his fish are picking on it and he said i could have it but i need some info :)

I hate to say this, but with no info, we can give no info. Species, Size, and size of tank with current inhabitants

I am sorry, I didn't notice you wrote Lenticulata. They get 12 to 14" are piscivores. They can be extremely aggressive especially with conspecifics They need a big tank and clean water. 125 gal would be agood size for them. Do large water changes weekly. They can be kept with other fish that can hold there own but not too aggro. Severums and Festivum are good tankmates. As are GT and JD. Do well with cats that can't eat them and are too big for them to eat. Such as plecos and pictus, and striped rapheal. Pikes like caves and driftwood to hang out and ambush prey. Feed a varied meaty diet. Start them on pellets as soon as possible. These fish are gluttons. I have 3 on the way, plus a Johanna that has grown from 3" to 10" in about 3 months. Truly a great fish. Of course each fish has there own personality, my Johanna doesn't get very aggro with anything, whereas others have Johannas that kill everything in the tank. Congrats on your new aquisition.

Thank you masta :) he ended up selling it to my brother for 60$ when i was gona get it for free.. either way i still get to look at it lmao
