I have two pikes one is a Xingu or how ever it spelled and the other one is a sveni. we just adde the Xingu and the other pike started attacking it right of ey the bat.. its been about a week now and it seems they get along better... they even seem to follow each other around some times...but the seveni still seems to attack from time to time...but i guess my question is will this ever stop or what?

They are about the same size...the Xingu is a bit bigger but not by much...another thing is...we just switched tanks the other day into a bigger tank...and i belive thats when they started getting along better... but i still see the sveni attack some times....could it just have been they were cramped befor...
ohh yeah and they are about 3-4" i would say...and u can see pics of them if u check the post by Kaffiltafich or w.e....i share a tank with him the post is about iding them

the first tank was like 35-40 or somthing around that and the new one is in the 60s+ i belive..yeah and thanks...i think they should be fine...i didnt see an attack today at all...and like i said it seems like they are even buddying up
One will be dead soon. Pikes just dont like other pikes. If I could have a mixed crenicichla tank I would, but that just aint gonna happen....
Yeah, I know all about chief mojo and the 900 gal. Key words here, 900gal...... In my experience with many different kinds of pikes, they kill each other. In BIIIG tanks it can be done, but in smaller tanks, death is usually the end result....zerelli;1531458; said:
