I have a (not how you spell it but close)--> "silvi" Pike, It is very shy, if i go near the tank he backs into his hiding area 100% of the time, I have to leave the dried krill on the top of the water for atleast 15-20 minutes and be away from the tank if I want him to eat,... ANY suggestions on making him or her ( I D/K) more easy going? ( but still viscous)

Well, you've got it in a 20gal tank, correct? First, upgrade the tank to at least a 55gal tank, then add some plants, caves, and driftwood. Next add some dithers like silver dollars, firemouths, stuff like that. Its natural for a fish to want to hide when a huge animal sticks its face close to the tank. It'll get used to you eventually, pikes are pretty good at recognizing their owners....give it time.
