Pimp my tank?

ok all you guys need to help me pimp my tank up

yes its cloudy im cycling in the water atm
doing 10-15% water changes every other day and what not
starting this one out .
just under 2ft

Do some black rocks with a couple of nice plans( not big leafy ones) and about 20-30 tetras and 3-4 nice angels and get a nice piece of gnarly driftwood. and but a canister filter on it to clean up the back and do a black background.

1 start a huge sea monkey colony
2 get one guppy
3only feed the monkeys
4 never feed your guppy again
5 have a kick ass awesome time

would the sea monkeys end up eating the guppy

No with a lot of knots and branches.
