I notice pimeple-like growth on one of my oscar and severum. Anybody with experience with this? How do I treat it?

yeah my pike had it once before he died, its mainly from them digging and hitting the glass with force..it should go away is just irritated....so i wouldnt worry it shouldnt be a disease so ur good....
Ive lost a large cichlid once to this disease. The fish doesnt appeared to be injured though. I'm using furanase in a hospital tank. Is there a better method or anything else I could do? Help please
the first real red terror I bought had a similar bump on it's lower jaw. unfortunately it died after like 1 or 2 days and I was never able to find out what it was.
