pimple like lumps on my texas

Hi guys

my texas has pimple like lumps on his fin. noticed them the other day and then they kind of came to a head a few days later. I use salt at every waterchange and have recently treated tank with promethyasul for a different problem ( side question : does seachem matrix affect the effectiveness of promethyasul because when i cleaned the filter it was blue)

here is a couple photos, hope they help.

he also has a sunken belly problem that i havent been able to correct for some time now. treated for worms, use garlic to get him to eat, and he eats but not alot.

Any advice??

ok so im still having trouble with this. I hope someone can help.
the lumps from months ago kind of went away by themselves but noiw anither has appeared on the opposite fin and its larger and more like a wart.

help please
