About 4 days ago I noticed a couple weird pimple-like spots on my gold severum, as it progressed I thought I might be hole in the head, looking at it now, I see I was incorrect. I'm not sure what it is, none of the other fish have it, she seems fine, but the spots just keep getting worse. They're now all around her eye on one side and moving to her forehead. I had been away taking care of my father while he was recovering from surgery, for a few weeks and had a friend take care of my animals, long story short, he didn't follow my instructions and overfed, and didn't do water changes. So as you would assume the levels were fairly high. I have been doing daily 60% water changes and the levels have returned back to normal, but the disease isn't getting better. My quarantine is currently being used, so I cannot move her. I will attach some pictures and hopefully you guys can help me figure out what's wrong with her. I'd really hate to lose her, I've had her since she was just a few inches and I would be devastated if she died

Thanks to anyone willing to spare some time and help me out.

I just did one today, I'll do another one tomorrow. Don't want to put too much stress on the fish, which would only make matters worse. I do not have anything for bacterial infections, so looks like I'm SoL until the 26 or 27.

Have any salt for now?

I have large snails and a few scaleless fish in there, salt would do damage to them.. I found some Melafix, but I was looking at diseases and I found this one Hexamita, which is parasite I think.. I don't want to be treating for something if I don't know what it is.
